Show and Tell Thursday

We are going to start having Show and Tell every Thursday morning. Thank you so much Corey's family for bringing up the idea. I am so excited to see all the fun things they are going to bring in. It's a great opportunity for the students to share some of their favorite things with the class and work on our expressive language and conversation skills. Some ideas may be a drawing, favorite movie, toy, writing, etc.

We Are A Talented Group

I cannot begin to explain to you how blessed I am working with this amazing group of students.  Yesterday we did a talent show and it was amazing!  I loved seeing them so excited to showcase their many talents and be in the spotlight.  Check out my short clip of the show.  For those students who performed, Mrs. Higdon is burning DVDs for keepsakes.  :)

Young Life Capernaumn

Young Life Capernaumn has been such a blessing to our school day.  We learn so much about having fun/leisure and working as a team.  We look forward to our monthly meetings.  Today was full of hula hoop contests, finding the bubble gum in the flour, a little wibble wobble game, and a lot of dancing.  Check out our good time!  Make sure you scroll all the way down to the video!
